Hey! Love Linkin Park? Yes? Great! This Gundam is for you, then!
Seriously, it's an officially endorsed HG-grade Gundam model themed after everyone's favorite skin-crawling punk band, whose level of celebrity profile has apparently gone to "Big In Japan".
How did such a thing even happen, you ask? Good question! It seems the new arcade game Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme Vs. was in need of a new licensed theme (common practice for mecha mashup games), and chose "Catalyst" by Linkin Park.
The model will be included with sales of the band's full album "A Thousand Suns", and features a color scheme designed by the band itself.
What colors are those, you ask? Good question! The color scheme is...black and white.
I guess it's appropriate? Anyway, check the gallery for a bigger picture and a priceless illustration of the band dressed up in Gundam attire.

I have to say, Gundam Breaker's core conceit is pretty awesome, and just goes to show how much of a cultural institution Gundam is that its own owners don't bat an eye at acknowledging the fact that most of its hyper self-se...
Namco Bandai's upcoming PS3/Vita action game, Gundam Breaker, is looking pretty damn neat. Rather than just recycle the same Gundam formula for the nth time, the developers are mixing it up a bit.
