It's happened. It's finally happened, dood! A visual novel is headed to a mainstream console this May.
Sure, that "mainstream" console is the PSP, but this is one of the few times a game of that sort has left Glorious Nippon, dood.
Thankfully, the visual novel in question is backed by an expert publisher, based on an established property, and looks pretty damn interesting, dood.
Did you just say "stop gushing and tell us what the game is, dood?" It's called Disgaea Infinite, and stars a Prinny. Yeah, a Prinny, those murderous suicide penguins that starred in Prinny: Can I Really Be The Hero?, and present in pretty much every Nippon Ichi game ever.
As for the story, it's following a mystery angle, with our star Prinny using a magical clock to read everyone's minds and find out who tried to assassinate demon overlord Laharl. Time travel and possession are also involved, dood.
Buy it, doods!
