Unfortunately it looks like a fake trailer : the trailer is real but the movie isn't. But great trailer anyway, it looks like a cleaner and sexier version of that Riki-Oh movie.

Mr Nox: What are you talking about? This is definitely a real movie, directed by Noboru Igushi - it was even brought to the American Film Market. Check Twitch, they've been covering this movie for months.

Seeing the reactions to this movie always interests me. Some people, of course, love it immediately (as they should!). Some Think its full on retarded (as it is!) and some, well, they can't even believe someone would spend the money to make an entire movie of this kind of awesome. Well in case you're unsure, someone did. The company I work for, Media Blasters, is the parent company of Fever Dreams who co-produced the film. They are basically just finishing up edits on it now. It should be coming out in the US very near the time it releases in Japan. As to weather or not it sees theatrical, is still up for debate but rest assured it's coming, and quickly (just like you will when you see it!).

I was sceptic because it looks a lot like an amateur "movie" : the plot is shown in such a linear way... And the only information you've got is a "coming soon" : not a name for the director or the actors, not a release date... All of this looked fishy, but if you say it's real I'll be glad to watch it.

I say skip a theatrical release and bring it straight to DVD. No theatres around me would even think of getting this movie.
