That site has had this sale for at least a year now, I picked up the Angelic Layer, Cardcaptor Sakura and .hack manga/novels from this site a while ago. They are only 45 minutes away from my house, so its fast shipping for me..

Rozen Maiden manga is as good as the anime in its own way. The only downside is the lack of desu in the manga.
