Looking for some hot girl-on-girl-on-girl action? Even though they're in sixth grade? Well, this is Japanator, so I shouldn't be surprised that you would be.
According to the latest issue of Shonen Champion, the gag manga Mitsudomoe is going to be getting an anime adaptation. The manga, by Sakurai Norio is up to seven volumes at this point, following the triplet sisters as they go through the adventures of life in sixth grade.
According to our translator Ko, "it's a comedy series somewhat in the vein of Ichigo Mashimaro, except there's more explicit sex jokes and the creator doesn't have as good of a fashion sense." Also, the show's website is registered by Sony Music Japan, which means we could see Aniplex produce this thing.
You know, a few years ago, I would've been really excited for this show, but at this point I'm worried it's just going to be another bit of moe trash. Perhaps things will turn out alright, and they'll avoid some of the needless pandering that I feel like I see in shows nowadays, and focus instead on the comedy.
...and my drawings suck balls, so do tell.
