I passed on so many great screencaps of the first season of the anime -- the above was my favorite. What I love about Queen's Blade is that you'll always get an interesting image when you pause it. And now I can look forward to more pausing and careful study of the imagery now that a second season of the anime has been announced.

Made official as the last episode of the first season ended yesterday in Japan, Queen's Blade: Gyokuza no Tsugumono is coming...sometime. What's it about? Who cares! I'm still going to watch it and so are you. What? Don't give me that crap. Oh, you're going to talk about crap character designs and bad animation now? Don't make me squirt you.

In related news, ANN reports that a DVD Volume 0 is also being planned. What's it about? Again, who knows? Who cares! But the DVD may be released this August. Squirt!
