Boy, I sure am glad that Cyberconnect's only major game on the horizon right now is Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 (that, and the new JoJo's Bizarre Adventure game). Now, it's not that I only want them to make Naruto games - heck, I'd love to see a followup to Solatorobo - but the last time they had two "big" games on their plate - namely Asura's Wrath and Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations - they gave one all the love and phoned it in on the other, and Generations was that "other".
I can't blame them. Asura's Wrath was an original new game (and a pretty awesome one at that), and Generations a licensed moneymaker, the kind of game whose established fanbase effectively subsidizes the next original IPs, the future Solatorobos and Asura's Wraths from Cyberconnect2.
That said, with two licensed games on the plate, and no distractions, it looks like the studio is in a position to give Naruto some love again. Just look at the battling going on. And I don't care that half of it is QTEs!
