OK, so maybe this wasn't the real opening to the forthcoming Final Fantasy VII anime series. Sorry. Sheesh.

I can tell you for certain that the video above is totally the real opening for the very real Final Fantasy VII anime series that totally exists and is already out, even though no one seems to be watching it. 

I suppose it's not so surprising, seeing as how fans of the original video game never really picked it up after its initial release. Final Fantasy really is one of those hidden gems of a game series that you only hear about, but never see in person. A shame, really.

Anyway, it's obvious the the producers of the anime series know full well that no one is going to care about it since they seem to have totally ripped off the opening to the Baccano anime series! Seems to be a bit of a foolish move seeing as how Baccano completely revitalised and revoultionized the anime world, and has been re-released and spun-off dozens of times over the years. Good luck on getting sued, Finaly Fantasy VII!
