The upcoming Hatsune Miku PSP titled, Project Diva, has caused quite as stir over at NicoNico Douga, sending it's users into a buying frenzy. As a result, over 3,500 of their users have already pre-ordered the title, which apparently is quite a lot for the genre. What kills me is that there is almost no chance that we'll be seeing the game stateside, but even if we're not, I'm totally sold on importing it myself. Thankfully PlayAsia is currently taking pre-orders for anyone who wants it.

While some may claim that NicoNico is the solely driving the Miku craze, I'd venture to say that 2ch has played a good role, and if anything, the amount of fan art floating around is evidence that she's won't be going away anytime soon. In addition to that, I've seen quite a few cosplays at the cons this year alone, and I'm expecting to see more with Comic Con, Anime Expo, and Otakon happening next month. Speaking of which, any of you hoping to run into some Miku cosplay this year?
