Official Surge Concerto images reveal... pretty girls

Surprise, surprise. We can now confirm through a new set of images that Gust's recently announced Vita game, Surge Concerto: Ciel no Surge, contains a plethora of attractive women. I know many of you are as blown away as I am at this revelation, but try to keep yourself in check. Too much excitement can be bad for the heart.

In all seriousness though, I'm trying to keep my expectations in check. Gust typically makes pretty solid, if niche, games. I'm hoping that they reveal some new gameplay elements that really make me excited for Ciel because as of now, it looks like a visually attractive girl-raising game. I'd be lying if I said that was my sort of thing. However, I am intrigued by the online element that Japanese game sites have been reporting. The world looks beautiful and I have no doubts that the music will be magnificent. I just want to know that the actual gameplay is going to rock my socks.

Come on Gust, surprise me.

Check out the brand new pics in the gallery below.
