While this is currently "under investigation," and I suppose allegations shouldn't be thrown around, it's pretty obvious that Gene Simmons' son, Nick Simmons, blatantly plagiarized Kubo Tite's Bleach manga. Just take a look at the images down below in the gallery.
The publisher, Radical Comics, has halted production on Simmons' title Incarnate to investigate things, while Viz has said they're on the case -- most likely with Edgeworth at their side. Apparently Simmons got the deal with Radical because they had previously worked with his father, and that's how he got an in at the company, more than an independent recognition of his artwork.
So, what do you readers think? Is this blatant plagiary, or is Simmons innocent here? Since I have a feeling I know the answer from most of you, don't you think he should've chosen something a little less popular than Bleach to copy from?

I know there's only so many ways to draw "evil man laughing", but when it's over, and over, and over again - well, once is a mistake, twice is a coincidence, three times is a conspiracy.
