Hooray, time to do exercises with some vaguely erotic 2-D character! You know, sit ups, push ups, and all those other things you probably did in gym class. But, instead of the tracksuit-wearing Mr. Comeforo, you've got Hinako! Isn't that great?
The DVD is coming out next spring (April, to be exact), and so you'll have to wait a while before you can watch Hinako do all those exercises you should be doing. If you can't wait, on November 20th, they'll be selling a book to go along with (and hype up) the DVD called More Training Together: Hinako's Book.
So, rather than mock this, let me turn the discussion to you all: we here at the office are otaku and bloggers. That means we don't move around all that much. So, besides dropping 10-15 pounds during the con season, we try to stay fit. Dale walks several miles most days, Colette's got an exercise routine down, and I...used to bike. Traffic is really bad where I normally bike now that school is back in session, so I'm taking up running. Once I can actually get a pair of shoes in a size 13.
Before I start posts, though, I do 50 situps. Some days I want to cry as I sit down to type up the releases of the week, but at least it's something. I can't let myself simply add on the pounds as I stay in the house way too often. What about the rest of you? Do you have any sort of exercise routine?
I have a pretty nice gym by me and I'm in a weight-lifting routine, I'm not good enough to say that I keep it up regularly tho :p
