-Tan, the anthropomorphism and personification of different things like operating systems and washing machines has just clamed another victim, or made a new friend; depending on how you view the –tan phenomenon. The characters from Watchmen have been transformed into cute moe versions by a mysterious otaku. Transforming these characters into super cute girls is perhaps changing them into their complete and utter opposites; because fans who have read the comic know that they are far from being considered cute.

It’s hard to say which one of these is my favorite, but I got to love Night Owl 2, though maybe I’m just a glasses moe. The only thing I would change about these moe-interpretations, is to draw Dr. Mahnhaten without any pants, because we all know he spent most of the comic exposing his blue hose to everyone; and if I have to sit through 12 issues of that, then I deserve a pantless female counterpart.
