I should first start out by saying that the phone itself will likely be announced tonight as a part of the Summer Collection debut for NTT DoCoMo during an early US morning press conference with the Eden of the East promotional tie-in.

Now, the $700 figure I stated is the pre service agreement price without any subsidies, with the 18-month agreement price expected to be around $100 if not lower.
