What you're seeing in the video above is the line for Otakon's dealer's room on the first day, today, just about 30 minutes before opening. There were so many bodies packed into this winding line that I could not even begin to estimate how long it was or how many people were in it. But no one seemed to mind. I guess everyone came with the expectation that they would be waiting in line. Makes sense.
While it wasn't near as bad as the early line we showed you yesterday, it still sucked, and did little to ease the upcoming foot pain all attendees will feel this weekend. We call that "con foot." Right now, in the afternoon of the first day, I have con foot.
As for the dealer's room itself? Well, it's way better than Anime Expo's was earlier this month. Face.

I went to Anime Expo looking for that gash darn thing everywhere...
I think it a period of time where discounts apply at many stores or is it actually a room with exclusive deals?
AX09 models where cheap but actual Anime DVD prices were more expensive in retail stores. whats up with that?!?
