Otakon '10: Behind the scenes of the Masquerade

The Masquerade is always a big event for every con that has one, and Otakon's is one of the most spectacular. Life behind the scenes, though, must be a little hectic. And since it all happens behind the curtain, the rest of us don't get a peek into that world.

Unless, of course, one of your photographers is also in the Masquerade!

The eminent Nicole Ciaramella aided us in snapping these photos for Japanator, showing us a bit of the life as people get prepped for their skits, donning costumes, applying makeup and nervously passing the time before they made their own debut on stage.
