Once again, the months have rolled away and another issue of Otaku USA Magazine has been unleashed unto the world.
Issue #8 is crammed full of awesome. For one, Japanator's own Heidi Kemps has a host of game reviews from the motherland (Castle of Shikigam III and Etrian Odyssey II: Heros of Lagaard.) I myself have a host of album reviews (Versailles Noble, Shoko Nakagawa Big Bang!, Love Psychedelico This is Love Psychedelico, BLOOD The Reaper Behind Me) and a cool interview with former Luna Sea guitarist Sugizo.
That's not all! Here's what Editor in Chief Patrick Macias has to say about the issue:
"Big features on Black Lagoon: The Second Barrage, Overman King Gainer (with a “Kill ‘em all” Tomino sidebar), Paradise Kiss, Toward the Terra, and a huge fold-out poster for GaoGaiGar. And with Shippuden on the horizon, we're actually dropping the Naruto bomb again with Joseph Luster leading the charge of the light brigade. Oh yes.
Things I like about this issue: The Shokotan interview, the Sugizo interview, the Hideyuki Kikuchi interview, the old poster of Odin I dug up, letters demanding the return of Megaman NT Warrior, Mike Toole making his OUSA debut with a review of the New Fist of the North Star / Neo Tokyo Double Pack, the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya manga excerpt, exclusive art from Machine Girl, reviews of Rodan and War of the Gargantuas."
There you go! Awesome magazine is awesome. If you pick one up, please let us know what you think in the comments. Make sure to check out #9 in a couple months. Let's just say that I know of some pretty cool things to come!
