Overdose on nostalgia with Digimon Adventure
You might have seen a little while ago that I kinda dug Digimon when I was a little younger. It's the kind of show that I'd love to rewatch sometime, but there's always some other anime I'd rather watch instead. It's tough enough keeping up with ones I've started! This is why Digimon Adventure on the PSP sounds like the answer to the problem. The game will cover the events shown in the original anime series, as you can see from the trailer above. Destroy Devimon? Cool! It's unknown at the moment just how far the game will go, but I'm certainly hoping it goes to the end of the original season. I want to have fights with Matt (who liked him anyway?) and kick butt with my WarGreymon! The battle system isn't shown for very long, but it looks like it is adopting the 3-way fight system found in some of the more recent Digimon games. For the fans sake, let's also hope that it doesn't adopt anything more than that. The DS games were shocking! Anyway, it seems like an odd choice to put this on PSP, but there are certainly more people in possession of that handheld when compared to the Vita. Perhaps if it does well we'll see a HD remake for home consoles? That would be pretty damn awesome! Did you know?
