Persona 3 film dated for 2013. Have a trailer!
Back when I heard that Persona 4 was getting an animated adaptation, I wondered when Persona 3 was going to get some love. While I like P4, I'm fond of the overall darker, melancholy tone of P3. A while back, we heard that several movies were going to be adapting the story of P3, but no further information was provided. Well, we now know that the first P3 movie will be hitting Japan sometime in 2013, according to the movie's official website. Not only that, but Aniplex released a very quick trailer for the film, which you can see above. This isn't very much info to go on, but at least we got a general time frame to run on. I'm going to guess a release some time during late summer or autumn. Considering how popular the Persona franchise is over here, we'll probably get a licensed release soon after that. Anybody else excited for these flicks? Did you know? You can now get daily or weekly email notifications when humans reply to your comments.
