Persona 4 Arena is going to be a manga

Persona 4 Arena is going to be a manga photo

Atlus sure loves putting out Persona 4 media! There's the original game, the PS Vita remake (Persona 4: Golden), the manga, the anime, the play, the fighting game (Persona 4 Arena), and countless merchandise for fans to buy. But wait, that fighting game has a story that is only available in the game! There's only one thing to do: adapt it into a manga.

On August 7, the manga version of Persona 4 Arena will start running in issue 10 of Persona Magazine. Aiya Kyu (Code Age, Antimagia) is doing the art. Atlus says that the manga will follow the same story as the game, but will differ slightly by focusing more on the story and tension. I'd think that goes without saying, since the bulk of a fighting game is usually the fighting, even considering the kind of story that Arc System Works implements in games like BlazBlue.

I'll be fine with experiencing the story in the game, releasing on August 7 in North America. But is anyone else going to read this?
