Phoenix looks swag as all hell in Ace Attorney 5We knew that Ace Attorney 5 was coming. What we didn't know was who the main character would be or what console the game would be hitting. Fear not, beautiful readers, we have our answers. Ace Attorney 5 will be hitting the Nintendo 3DS, to nobody's surprise. According to this week's Famitsu, everybody's favorite defense attorney, Phoenix Wright, will be AA5's main character. The game takes place a year after the events of AA4 (Apollo Justice), which should be interesting considering some of the things that happened in the previous game's final case. According to early reports, Phoenix has a new sidekick in the form of a mysterious young woman who wears a single glove and moon shaped earrings. Ace Attorney 5 will also utilize 3D character models which, if the scans are to be believed, look pretty damn great. Writer/director Shu Takumi will not be returning to write the story, but Trials and Tribulations composer Noriyuki Iwadare is once again handling the music. The game will be playable at this month's Tokyo Game Show, so keep your eyes peeled for first impressions from yours truly. Check out the early scans below and join me in delighting over Phoenix's three piece suit. [via Andriasang & Court Records] Did you know?
