It was either that, or "take it to the bank" edition, which Arro promises me is a popular cultural reference. Schools back in swing for a good number of us, and only now are we beginning to feel the heat. The fall means our free time goes down, subbers slow up their subbing (will Zetsubo Sensei 6 ever come out?!?!), and freshman once again appear from the wood works at every establishment I hold dear.
Just an addendum to any of our readers who may be starting college careers... you folks are adorable. The incomplete nature of your societal development, added to your understandable lack of directions, gets more endearing with each passing year. Seeing how I am now on my super-senior year, that equals a kawaii explosion. My point is that you should own your rightfully novice status. Ask stupid questions, get lost and have puppy dog eyes till someone helps you, it brightens my day.
In the spirit of prepping for the year ahead, we'll start preparing you for the upcoming fall season of shows. Everyone on this weeks recording has prepared a blurb about one particular series they are excited about, to better inform you of whats ahead. To make sure at least someone is incredibly well versed, we have abducted the always enjoyable Gia.
The theme of the reader questions this week should be preparation (i.e. how do you start your day, what did/do you study, etc.) Inversely to that, I'd also like you to list whatever is wrong in your life that you blame on people going back to school. You'll figure it out, I have faith.
One thing I do each day I go to work to prep myself, I eat a muffin. Never gets boring with the amazing varity of muffins in this world and gives me energy till lunch at least.
