Was wondering how you all feel about the current state of Japanator, and any plans for the future.

Anywho, here's the question... Or rather a story about a question. The other day while thinking I should start a "who's attending any con other than Yaoi-con" thread so that maybe future get-togethers and whatnot could be organized(since I think alot of you guys are going to be at Otakon), I realized the Forums button was gone from the main page. (Granted Liam is slow and this took at least 5 minutes) Then I went to Dtoid thinking that maybe they were still over there on their forums like back in the day. Alas they are gone.

... So now I present you with a flurry of questions(and probably use more things in parenthesis)
- Did elephant eat them?
- Will there possibly be community blogs in the future since dtoid has most of the bugs worked out?
- How should one(in absence of blogs/forums) go about bringing things forth to the community that don't directly relate to articles, and completely be off topic in one of said articles' comments?

(and the off the subject topics happen here, in the place where I ask why we don't have all the things the rest of the family has)
- Why don't we have crap-tastic photoshop contests like dtoid?
- Wouldn't it be funny to make a mock "also cocks" shirt that read "also 'kake" and had the dtoid outline(or substitute with schoolgirl) with white splotches all over the face/body? (If you don't get it, or haven't heard of Bukake, your fired.)

Ahh... here's a question I don't think you can skate around.(although I bet most of you have to say you haven't played it) Recently on my lunch break I read a couple reviews of "Naruto, Rise of a Ninja" and all the reviews gave it high praises. To break it down, it's like GTA and the anime had a love child. Granted, it's a deformed child with an extra fighting game limb and a friendship-sim eye that just doesn't seem to sit right. But the question at hand, do you think a game like this could be worth it? Having met the fandom several times at cons and all across the internets, I've become really disenchanted with with what used to be a really excellent series. And if you HAVE played it, is it actually... good? Worth Buying? Worth owning? If it had been "One Piece: Rise of a Pirate" would Len have already slept with it?

Bonus Essay question : If You could pick any anime that doesn't already have a game to have a game, what would it be, and what genre. Explain.

Mine would, at this moment, be "Darker Than Black" as a cross between metal gear solid and god of war. I feel this way because like the series is very espionage heavy, but some of the combat sequences were a bit over the top and involve doing a lot of things that you'd only do once on that one stage.
