Pokemon: Black and White! season 2 could be way better
Normally, I wouldn't consider posting about the promo for the latest season of the Pokemon anime. But since we were treated to such an awesome promo for Pokemon Black & White 2 last week, it seems only fitting to post the promo for Pokemon: Black and White! season 2, or Pocket Monsters: Best Wishes! season 2 in Japan. I won't deny that this latest season looks more dynamic than many of the original seasons I watched growing up. Animation aside, this season is set to feature Team Rocket Boss Giovanni, Sinnoh Champion Cynthia, and the return of Dawn from the Pokemon Diamond & Pearl era. Ash and company are traveling to East Unova to fight in the Pokemon World Tournament Junior Cup so that he can challenge Unova Champion Alder. Plus, the legendary pokemon Meloetta will appear before starring in an upcoming short film. But even with those somewhat interesting elements, I would much rather see an anime adaptation along the lines of Pokemon Black & White 2's promo. I'm not sure the higher-ups at The Pokemon Company would want to ditch Ash, who is probably going to be starring in the Pokemon anime forever.
