First name: WithheldI got the resin kit of the 2nd one with the clear variations and its huge and awesome!!
I think one of my favourite so far of the girls is the one of them on motorbikes.. thats hot.
My first experience with Japanese animation (thats what us older folks call it) is a somewhat clouded haze. I would catch the occasional cartoon on Saturday morning, where I didn't think anything of the dialogue not matching up with the mouths, or what seemed like scenes cut out to make the plot make less sense. As I got older and I was able to stay up later on the weekend, TBS, would show stuff like Vampire Hunter D, Venus wars and Robot Carnival. I thought these must be adult cartoons, and that's why the quality was so much higher! I was intrigued, but must like with the Last Unicorn I didn’t think anything of the unusual names in the credits.
When it got crazy is when I was watching tv and a Sailormoon Toy commercial, which contained clips from the tv series, but I thought it was just clips for these toys. I remember after the commercial was done I remember saying "If that was a show I would totally watch it!" and a few minutes later a commercial for Sailormoon pops on. I end up being a huge fan of sailor moon but I knew more was out there!
Since I came from a very small down, getting anime was hard to get (Ie; little to no internet), there was no where you could find it and the local town convenience store/ video rental place only had 3 titles. Regardless I was to not be stopped! I did some fansub trading, started a club at my highschool, spent all the money I made like a junkie when I (Pfft who am I kidding, my parents) would drive the 8 hour drive to a city on anime stuff in a store that was smaller then my closet. While not a direct answer to your question, my robot therapist says it’s good for me to talk about myself to strangers on the net.
I remember my first hentai though, that was Twin dolls.
Why is it there isn't nearly enough toradora goodness, and the bits there are so insanely expensive...
Why must I love you taiga!
and people complain about SDCC!
... I can fit and have a kusanagi costume. *dies*
They need to take it on the road and raffle off rides in it :P
I actually didn't enjoy the movie. But thats like saying. OUT OF ALL THESE DELICIOUS THINGS I LIKE THIS THE LEAST!
I blame miyazaki for setting such a high standard for himself.
... HAM!
I've been costuming for many years now. The reason people costume is for attention and anyone that says otherwise is full of crap :P Even if its something as simple as "Look at me I"m the biggest (INSERT ANIME SERIES) fan there is, cause I'm dressed up!" I think WCS would be a blast, great chance to meet other costumers from other countries, I think the one downfall is the limitations put on by WCS with the series you can dress up from and performance.

There is a link to all the videos but the quality is a little rough.
I wonder if there is anyone hwo is in the USA who could choreograph like that.
Its the biggest anime con, but SDCC and Dragon are a little bigger. I loved Anime expos dealers room.
Whoa, makes me want to finish my Kusanagi costume and take that thing for a ride...
... wha? He didn't paint it blue? Does he know he is going to get charged more for insurance cause its read. Sheesh.
If fox is touching it in anyway it'll get canceled before its even shot or only 60% of the movie will get shot. I hate you fox!
hmm where is my GITS live action movie? Or Some Violinist of hameln!
I was just telling someone recently that they need to make these phones. Yesss, now I can be one of the 12, and keep a bunch of naked Men in my basement.
