I was a bit surprised to learn this myself, but apparently Sega actually got Yui Ogura, a popular loli idol, to do the motion capture for it's recent vocaloid PSP title, Project Diva. What most people don't realize is that she's only 13 years old. Sure it's young, but she really did an amazing job. In the video above, she shows off some of the moves she had to perform. If you'd like to learn more about her, assuming you can read Japanese, she has an official website at ogura-yui.com.

I think some peoples are going a bit overboard with worrying about her age. She is cute and has a nice build which she undoubtedly earned through hard work and practiceing her danceing.
No reason to not praise her for what she has earned and her art form no matter what her age is. Also if it was unnatural to be atracted to a girl of her age who clearly is in good shape then we wouldnt be and she would not even be an idol.
