What is the greatest thing to ever come out of Japan? If you were thinking about history or some science bulls--t, think again... because the real answer is The IDOLM@STER. Shown off at Tokyo Game Show earlier, the 4-koma manga Puchimas! Petit IDOLM@STER is officially being adapted as an anime, and I'd be lying if I said it wasn't cute as tits!

Namco Bandai dropped a PV of the show and launched a website with the announcement to HYPE US UP (which you can check out after the jump), and my impressions of it were kind of mixed. Flash animation for anime isn't really my thing, but when it comes to a show about squishy and freakish-looking anime chicks, there's not much room to complain, ya know?

I'm more curious about whether this series ends up featuring full-length, 20+ minute episodes, or perhaps joining the league of the growing number of 3-5 minute shows this year, like Poyopoyo, Recorder and Randoseru, and (one of my guilty pleasures) Gakkatsu. Regardless, whooo! More IDOLM@STER! Where can you go wrong with the greatest thing from Japan?!
