When the title Queen's Blade flashes across the mind, a flurry of emotions are conjured up. You can go from arousal to pure disgust, all within a 3 minute span of an episode of Queen's Blade. The art book battle game, then turned anime, has now become the subject of a live action DVD. What's probably the most surprising is that it's not just a shameless DVD of a girl dressed up (or down) in her armor, but it actually acts as part of the art book battle game.
The first DVD in the set will go to Airi, who according to Wiki, is a scythe-wielding ghost maid. The barren look on the actress' face should have hinted at that, but I thought she was just depressed to be doing this. Since this is a part of the game, I'd only expect to see ripped clothes and maybe some panty shots. Either way, I'm just glad it's not Melona getting the live-action treatment as I don't think I could take acidic breast milk in the real world, or anywhere for that matter.
The DVD is getting an October 7th release date with a price tag of 2400 yen.
