Rejoice, God Eater 2 gets a nicer version on the PS Vita

Rejoice, God Eater 2 gets a nicer version on the PS Vita photo

Right when folks thought that God Eater 2 was going to be chained to the PSP, the series is also making a jump to the Vita. God Eater fans will be happy to know that the Vita version is going to have improved graphics and controls so that you can dig into those Gods with ease.

If the situation calls for it, God Eater 2 also allows players to transfer their save data from the PSP version to the Vita version. The Vita version is also going to be able to connect to the Adhoc Party, which eliminates the possibility of the game having online multiplayer without connecting to the PS3. Even though it's a bit of a bummer for those that wanted to play online via wireless connection, I guess it was the only way for the Vita and PSP owners to play online together. On an interesting note, God Eater 2 might be one of the first Vita games to connect to Adhoc.

Despite the minor inconvenience with the online play, I have been interested in checking out the God Eater series, since it happens to be a distant cousin to the Monster Hunter games. Perhaps one of the selling points for me is the weapons with the ability to eat things and the stylish clothing that Josh Tolentino talked about in his previous posts about the game.

Both versions of God Eater 2 are coming out in Japan in 2013. Hopefully, we can expect a western release from Namco Bandai in the future.

As a means to quench your God hunger, you can check out some leaked images in the section below.

Curry Refills at Coco Ichibanya in Japan

After reading a recent article about getting free refills of curry sauce, I had my doubts. I completely trusted in the news, do not get me wrong, but it seemed too good to be true. There had to be some catch. I mean, seriously, we are talking about getting free curry sauce here. Join me as head into my local Coco Ichibanya in rural Japan and try to ask for a second helping of their fine sauce.
