No! Why must today's release list look so good? Why? Why? Why?

I can't spend money! And yet, there's Blood+, Escaflowne, Clannad, Vagabond, and Ichi the Killer all on this week's list of releases. It tears me up inside. Well, I suppose I had best start cashing in that pile of change I've got sitting in my room, right?

There are some other big releases packed in this week, too: volumes of Gestalt, Rin-ne, 20th Century Boys and a collection of Blassreiter are all hitting store shelves. I just got my copy of Blassreiter from FUNimation, and am looking forward to tackling it!

You know it's weird. I work at a Best Buy and we had Ghost In the Shell 2.0 on Blu Ray for 20 bucks in a box that had today's date on it but everywhere else still has it dated for November. If anyone was looking to get it, they should check it out Sooner then probably later

I might blind buy the Escaflowne Blu-ray. Surprisingly never caught that one back in the day.

Other than that, not much for me.

And I almost don't want to admit it, but I've been waiting for a US release of Discode for what seems like forever. I'm absurdly excited.

It's about time Blood+ part 2 came out. Been only waiting for like what... a year? Why they waited to tie it in with the live action pile of stink I will never know. It's not like someone is gonna go to the store and see Blood+ for $100 bucks and impulse buy it. It's pretty much just the fans that have been waiting.

Considering how long it took them to release part 2 I wouldn't wait for a complete collection. If they ever make one it will probably come out years from now.

Ichi The Killer BluRay was delayed til Nov 24. I've had a pre-order on it for like 2 months now and got an e-mail saying it was delayed.
