Robotics;Notes demo video brings the robot action5pb's next "science' adventure game, Robotics;Notes, is really shaping up to be something unique. A visual novel that appears to be similar to Steins;Gate at a first glance, Robotics;Notes actually uses in-game AR to allow the player to explore areas and search for clues and details. The whole thing looks really cool and adds a new layer to a game that might not have even needed it from the get-go. The new 3D character models are looking as beautiful as ever and I'm digging the robot battles that the demo briefly shows. Yeah, they appear to just be quick time events, but it's good to get some variation in a game like this. I admittedly miss the Huke designs of Steins;Gate, but I'm already starting to get used to the cast of Robotics;Notes. Check out the video after the break and stay tuned for some hands-on impressions with the demo, set to release tomorrow in Japan.
