With two God Eater titles heading West within the same timeframe, the gang at Bandai Namco have prepared a banquet that'll please those who want to feast on roasted Aragami.
For the folks in North America, anyone who gets the PS4 Day-One Edition of God Eater 2 Rage Burst or the digital version will get to download God Eater Resurrection for free. While folks who get the former will have to wait for the game to launch, the people who get the latter bundle get to obtain Resurrection when it hits the PSN. Then the people of Africa, Australasia, Europe and the Middle-East will get this special offer on the PS4, Vita, and Steam version of the title.
Even though North America's deal is limited to one platform, all versions of God Eater 2 Rage Burst include DLC costumes from Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization, Tales of Zesteria and Tokyo Ghoul. This offer applies to all of the Western regions that the game is launching on, which isn't a bad deal.
To complete this main course, God Eater 2 Rage Burst hits North America on Aug. 30 for the PS4, Vita and PC, with the last two platforms being digital only. Before that, God Eater Resurrection launches in the same region on June 28 as a digital release for PS4, Vita and PC. As for Africa, Australasia, Europe and the Middle-East, they'll be getting both games on Aug. 30 for the same platforms as North America and their Vita version will get a physical release.
While both games are releasing close to each other, the good thing about this is that it'll benefit the players who want to go through the story of the two titles. Since I've been interested in checking out this series, I still plan to join the hunt one day.
