[Update: Screw blurry images, have a slightly less blurry video instead!]

Ah, leaks. Nightmare of both submarine captain and PR specialist, they are quite the glorious thing for the impatient consumer, and this latest one benefits Atlus fans, especially those waiting on the latest word..or in this case, image, from the Shin Megami Tensei IV, the next official numbered MegaTen release, bound for the 3DS.

It seems some Japanese gamers got their hands on the 3DS rerelease of Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers early, and went straight for its included SMT4 trailer, snapping copious blurry shots and shoving them into the tubes. 

The results? Well, lots of blurry, low-resolution photos, for one, but also some intriguing looks at a lady with a fancy bracer, people wearing blue uniforms vaguely reminiscent of the State Army uniforms from Fullmetal Alchemist, some medieval-looking castles, and modern cityscapes likely to be infested by all manner of demons and other mysteriousness. Also the title Shin Megami Tensei IV.

I have to say I'm intrigued. Though the core MegaTen games besides Nocturne never really hooked me, this and an English Soul Hackers release could go a long way towards pushing me off the fence with regards to buying a 3DS. Think about it, Atlus!
