Shonen Jump reveals its new generation of games

Shonen Jump reveals its new generation of games photo

Hamster, a diligent ninja of our shogunate, brought news to us that Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit is not the only Shonen Jump game revealed in the latest issue of Shonen Jump. In fact, there are five more video games that graced the inside of this most holy of magazines. The first is One Piece: Unlimited Cruise for the Wii. I believe this game will be much like its forerunner, Unlimited Adventure, and will feature Zelda-like adventuring and fighting. Not to mention for us One Piece fans that this game will feature the newest characters straight from the manga.

Next we have three Naruto games, one for the PS3, the PS2 and for the DS. Information about both at this point is hard to come by. The PS3 one looks as if it might be a Rise of a Ninja clone, with both fighting and adventuring, while the DS one looks to be like a pure-blooded adventure game exclusively (maybe an RPG). Finally, the Playstation 2 game is the one we have been hearing about for awhile now, Naruto: Narutimate Accel 2; displaying Sasuke doing his bishonen thing.

Last but not least we have a Bleach DS game. This one looks like it will be a tactical RPG like Final Fantasy Tactics. However, there appears to be characters in it that I have not seen before, which means it will be based on an original story, like many Bleach games before it. Are you interested in any of these games? I know I am looking forward to both the Naruto Playstation 3 project and Narutimate Accel 2, and of course the One Piece game (assuming I get both a PS3 and a Wii). Take a look at the scans, which were brought to you by Jeux-France, in the gallery below.
