Sigh: Illegal alien outs self to get away from radiation photo

Man, these radiation scares are far, far overblown. A 49-year old illegal immigrant from China, apparently scared by the ongoing crisis at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear plant, has fled into the hands of Japanese authorities, begging for deportation back to China to escape the radiation.

He had lived for ten years in Funabashi, Chiba prefecture, but apparently escaped to Nagasaki where he finally decided to out himself to the authorities.

At this point it won't be long before stories like this one start becoming more than fictional.

It never ceases to amaze me just how stupid people continue to be about this. Every time I read something about radiation affecting the US I do a face palm. People are just so stupid. All you have to do is say "Radiation" and people freak out.

Try taking a geiger counter on an airplane some time and turning it on while you lift off. People will freak the f*ck out.
He escaped a present radioactive zone into a previous radioactive zone? I want to see the irony here, but I'm just not feeling it.
I think I will just go to the moon to escape everything.
Actually, it is pretty bad. The area near the powerplant will probably be unlivable for the next 20,000 years or so.
@Travosaga

lol, I will succumb to your trolling.
Where did that come from? Where are the facts for this? Also do you have any idea how much radiation it would take to make an area unlivable for that long? You should go do some homework first, even if you are trolling.

@Travosaga.

By your logic, everyone in Hiroshima and Nagasaki are actually part of the living dead.
At this point it won't be long before stories like this one start becoming more than fictional.

Already happening:

@Travosaga: Maybe if you were sitting in the cooling pools for the spent fuel rods it'd be unlivable for 20,000 years :P

But seriously, learn some friggin Nuclear Physics CNN...

If you don't believe me that the science that most networks are spouting is fouler than my dog's s*** he leaves in my backyard, try reading this for all of 5 minutes: http://jpquake.wikispaces.com/Journalist+Wall+of+Shame

and check out www.mitnse.com and learn some REAL basic nuclear physics :P

I called it: AKB rage video a hoax

I really hope this Wota's reaction to AKB48 is a joke

Unsurprisingly, the rain of "scandals" continues to pour on AKB48, this time due to Yuki "Yukirin" Kashiwagi having the temerity to attend a group party with *gasp* men in it, just days after the now-infamous "Mii-chan Affai...
