Yesterday, a Yokohama policeman was busted at a local bookstore for using his cell phone camera to shoot more of this "up-skirt video" of casual female patrons at the Totsuka Ward shopping center. The officer was obviously not being covert enough, as a nearby woman caught eye of the bad cop's immature antics and called, um...the cops. 

The officer, 31 year-old Toru Nagahata, manned up and accepted the fact that he made a mistake.

According to police, Nagahata has admitted to the charges. He was quoted as saying that when he saw the woman, he "just couldn't resist" and that he had done it several times in the past.

From the way in which Nagahata worded his response, and the fact that he has done this before, it sounds as if he may have something of a mild sex addiction; not an uncommon thing at all. If he informs his lawyer about this, he may be able to avoid any jail time and receive mandatory psychiatric treatment from the court. At least they'll be females in the loony bin.
