Topic of Discussion: Shows that have aired around the time of recording (June 4th.) Example statements that should be expected on this show
"Toshokan Sensou confuses me." "Nunally is a blind cripple, and shouldn't be the subject of dojinshi" "I don't want to be shot, but if it had to happen, I'd want Golgo 13 to do it." "Shugo Chara is still airing?" "Zero Kiryu is whiny and not that hot, just saying..."
Win Shows:
Monochrome Factor is fantastic even though it feels a little copypasta #1 pick. Soul Eater is my shounen fix of the week :D #2 pick. Golgo 13 = GAR. If someone would just kill Nunally and let Lulu focus on taking over the world Geass would be so much more awesome. However, the only thing she IS good for are the dojinshi >_> Blassreiter is just robotic 3D stylized zombies fighting each other with glowing weapons while riding on bikes, you decide. Druaga is probably the most well rounded show, you’ll get some comedy in one episode some awesome fighting in the next and then a little drama splashed here and there. How can you not love it when all of the sudden everything turns 8-bit and the characters even notice it? Blassreiter and Druaga, awesome though they may be, get knocked down a notch for being pretty much only streamable though -_- Himitsu: Using brains to pry into someone’s entire life, what’s not to love? Kure-nai has good animation but it’s starting to wear thin, most recent episode finally had something actually happen though >_> Macross Frontier is standard for this section. Nabari no Ou’s real world ninjas make me believe in ninjas again. Kamen no Maid Guy, Kanokon, and To Love-Ru are all just fanservice. Honestly, the only reason Maid Guy is here is because Kogarashi is so GAR. The rest of the characters can die for all I care, meanwhile he is unable to die due to being so awesome. (not as GAR as Kamina or Golgo though >_>). To Love-Ru is great cause you get just as much fanservice out of it as Kanokon but it’s less awkward and more funny, also Zastin is the greatness.
Meh Shows:
Despite being a fun little adventure, Allison & Lillia moves way to slow. Amatsuki is finally starting to get interesting, and they have really, really big eyes O_O. Real Drive is semi GITS-like except take the cool task force and replace it with some 70 year old cripple and an annoying little girl. I was recently labeled as a chick for watching Vampire Knight >_> but it’s not like it’s turning me away or anything, just nothing much goin on cept pretty boys Also, nothing against Itazura na Kiss but it just wasn’t doin it for me… And you guys know my stance on Toshokan Sensou…
Why can't xxxHOLiC Kei have Tsubasa references? Production I.G did the Tsubasa movie and OVA, not Bee Train.. These crossovers are important to the story now. Other than that, its all good..
I'm glad that the Bleach anime stepped aside from the Arrancar arc, but this filler is getting worse than the Bount arc.
