Stereopony are performing at Sakura-Con

Here is some awesome news for you people planning to go to Sakura-Con this April! The very awesome Stereopony will be performing as guests of honour, making attendance mandatory and travelling there absolutely worth it. It seems they are no stranger to performing at conventions either, as they've made appearances at Anime Next and Anime Boston in the past. 

Don't recognise the band? They've had a few of their songs make it into anime, such as Hitohira no Hanabira appearing as a Bleach ending, and my personal favourite Tsukiakari no Michishirube, which was the fantastic opening to Darker than Black: Ryusei no Gemini. 

So there you have it! If you were debating whether or not to venture to Seattle, hopefully this will help you make a decision. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the band, check out some of their music after the jump, though I'll just sit here and sulk because I can't go.
