Denizen, our favorite chart artisan has once again fashioned us a fantastic listing for the next upcoming season of anime. Summer, along with winter, is one of those ‘off’ seasons when it comes to anime, which is a good thing because we already have a lot on our plates when it comes to things to watch. First off, there are a lot of series this spring season that will be continuing on to the next season, which is normal for summer.

Do not worry! This season will not be completely dull (not that there was ever a dull anime season) because we will have a few blockbusters to liven up the party. Like the ever welcome Zan Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, which happens to be the third season in the franchise (not counting the OVA.) Spice and Wolf gets a second season as well, making a lot of you very happy. What could be a blockbuster is Tokyo Magnitude 8.0, which is the new BONES anime. It seems like it is going to be a disaster movie made into an anime; unappetizing I know, but you never know. Let’s not forget this season’s GAR anime, Cobra: Rokunin no Yushi. It could be good, it could be great, it could be the best show you’ve ever seen; we just have to wait and find out.
