Onizuka for the Demo's and Rossiu for the Republicans. Onizuka seems more natural a fit for the demo's as I believe Haruhi would be a tyrant. Plus Rossiu just screams Republican leader

Whoa, first off, if you look at comparing the democratic and republican agendas, Haruhi would definitely be republican.

I would vote Minato. I'm actually taking this seriously and Minato sacrificed himself for his village, so he would be a pretty awesome leader of the country.

I read Yagami's pamplet and agree wholeheartedly with his policies. I do like Dragon's violent profile, but I feel that he has a weak economic plan for the country, if any at all.

My votes, and why:

(R) Light Yagami. Because it seems like this guy really wants to make the world a better place. His methods might be... Well, shady, amoral and supernatural, but two of the alternatives are just no-go (Crazy super-right-wing vampire-killing machine and impassionate ass-kicker), and Rossiu is not as smart and capable as Light. I'm pretty sure Yagami could end the war against terror!

(D) Haruhi Suzumiya. She has great leadership, and her staff is more than capable to deal with almost any situation, regardless of time and space. Minato could come a second close, except for the fact that he: a) Died; and b) did not have God-like powers, and an alien, an esper and a time-traveler in his staff. Onizuka is AWESOME, but I doubt he would make a good candidate (What sort of candidate would get beaten on a daily basis by the people attending his meetings? I know he's super-resilient, and hilarious, but do we really want a man like that as President? Dragon is in a similar position as Minato, only he's alive and kicking ass.

There are many problems in this world, and no other leader will be completely unaffected by them.

She's going to become a god when she grows up, y'know.
