Superhero Time 6-26-12I swear that I did not plan this, but it turns out that this week's episode lands on the day of my birth. At times like this, it makes me wish that I was working at the Kougami Foundation, since their president is very passionate when it comes to these days. Coming back from its one week break, Kamen Rider Fourze is back in the line-up. Now let's welcome back space and do this one on one.
Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters Episode 18
Jin and J are easily becoming my favorites in the series since their introduction a couple episodes back. It makes me forget about the recycled design that was used for this week's Metaroid. Despite the reused monster, there is something fishy about today's episode. By fishy, I mean that there was no sign of Enter's presence as he uses random French words in his sentences. Having an episode without Enter making an appearance does not feel right in my book due to sitting around his antics throughout the previous episodes of the series. On the bright side, we did get to see more of Jin and J's teamwork in action, which led to some great combos performed by both sides -- Stag finishers and a crane can do wonders. Going back to the Enter-less problem, there has to be a big reason for his absence today. Considering the true location of Jin's whereabouts, there might be a chance that he is trying to investigate the activities going on outside of the Vaglass group in the sub hyperspace.
Kamen Rider Fourze Episode 40
I find it very ironic that a golf game was the reason why this episode was not shown last week. Personally, I find it very silly that golf was involved during this episode. Competitions aside, Taurus is one heck of a sore loser. But then again, we should have seen "the evil villain does not go by his word trope" coming. The outcome that happen today was both different and intense at the same time, which is coming from the fact that we are getting closer to the show's finale. I will admit that I was a bit sad on the big reveal today, since it was one of those scenarios where an unlikely person ended up being the one behind the mask. Because of this reveal, a special someone ended up suffering the consequences. Though to be perfectly honest, common sense should have told them that it was a bad idea to bring a rock from the moon when they are trying to keep a big secret from everyone. At least this proves once again that those who get sent into the Dark Nebula are only trapped there.
Hikonin Sentai Akibaranger Episode 11
And here I was expecting for the show to go into new boundaries with Nobuo heading to the United States. Since Akibaranger continues on its brilliance streak, Nobuo realizes something huge that is beyond what is going on in the series. If it wasn't for Nobuo's conclusion, I would have gotten accustomed to the new changes that went on in the series. As delusional as I was, I should have been right on the mark when Yumeria was not in a random cosplay -- at least it was an excuse to see her in a regular attire again. Though the random Gekiranger references was perfect with the temporary Akiba Red being a twin brother of Retsu's actor. Now that we have discovered the identity of the real main villain, the battle that will affect the fate of Akihabara and the status of being "unofficial" will be put into play. Based on the hints behind their identity, it is going to require one heck of a trump card to take down someone who holds so much power. Did you know?
