Koizumi really can do just about anything. Reform the post office, save the world through games of mahjongg, and now he's taken on the mantle of seiyuu! That's right, the former Prime Minister of Japan is taking up a cameo in the upcoming film Mega Monster Battle: Ultra Galaxy Legend THE MOVIE.

His role? Why, Ultraman King, of course! He'll be delivering a speech to the main character in the course of the film. I wonder, if it gets dubbed here in the US, will they try to get Bill Clinton to play Koizumi's role? It's only fitting.

Interestingly enough, Koizumi was actually against playing the part at first, until his son, the new Diet member Shinjiro, kept bugging him to do it. Now that's a kid who knows what's right for his father. The film will be hitting theatres December 12th, so we've got a while until we see the Legend of Koizumi in action.
