In actuality, only four of the main actors have been confirmed for the new season at the moment. Without further ado, let's reveal the new people that will appear in next year's Power Rangers series.
The Red Megaforce Ranger will be played by Andrew Gray, John Mark Loudermilk will master the powers of water as the Blue Magaforce Ranger, Ciara Hanna plans to unleash the roaring earth that is wielded by the Yellow Megaforce Ranger, and Christina Masterson will take to the skies as the Pink Megaforce Ranger. As for the two unconfirmed members, the Black Megaforce Ranger is going to be played by Trevor Christianson or Peter Adrian, and the final member might be played or voiced by Eric Anwar.
While I have yet to see their acting in action, their presence does fit the vibe for the new group of teenagers with attitude that are going to defend the Earth from evil. Depending on how they use the Gokaiger footage for the second season, Gosei Knights's (the sixth ranger in the original version) Power Ranger counterpart might end up being human in Megaforce. In all honesty, it might work for the best, since they will have someone to fill in the role of Gokai Silver for the second half.
Considering that it is still too early to judge things, I am still interested in seeing the direction that Saban will take with the new series. At the very least, we can expect a good amount of throwbacks during the next series.
