THE iDOLM@STER: live-action man-idol edition

THE iDOLM@STER: live-action man-idol edition photo

If you don't know much about the Japanese arcade and Xbox 360 game THE iDOLM@STER, then this video won't do much for you. Well, even if you do know a bit about the game, I still won't be able to make any promises.

In the game, players take the role of a producer trying to bring would-be idols to the spotlight. Gameplay consists of training and managing several girls, with things leading up to a singing and dancing performance.

In this video, some Japanese guy has taken on the role of one of these potential idols. The overlays and graphics in the video are really well done; they look just like the video game.

I knew things were going to get hairy (no pun intended) when I saw a somewhat unenthusiastic guy just standing there, but the payload hit a few minutes into the video, where our man-idol begins dancing dressed in fuzzy gloves, a pink fuzzy top, a skirt, and a choker.

I apologize in advance.
