The new Kamen Rider's name made me giggle

The designs for next fall's Kamen Rider series are out, and despite their being quite interesting, the name made me giggle a little bit.

What's its name, you ask? Well, it's going to be called "Kamen Rider OOO". Yes, that's three letter O's. I guess they were trying to top both Kamen Rider W (pronounced "double") and Gundam 00 (pronounced "double-oh"). But! Rather than pronounce it as "triple-oh", the new Rider's name is "O's", as in "nose" without the "n". Ah, Kamen Rider, how I have missed you.

Why did it make me giggle a little bit? Well, before I knew better, I thought OOO's name was pronounced "ooh", as in "Ooh, shiny!". That brought to mind an old Fate/stay night meme where one would take a PONOS and J-J-JAM IT IN someone's VAGOOO (see below).

*giggle*

A-anyway! Enough about my depraved memes. I find the new design rather interesting. W's two-tone costume was decidedly more "simple" than the Rider suits of the previous years, which were getting more and more elaborate (just think about Kiva, Den-Oh, and Decade). W looked a little more like a two-color version of J or Black. OOO's design is certainly flashier than W's, with its somewhat Chinese-looking animal motif (and claws!), but it's still reasonably form-fitting and has less accouterments. Refreshing!

Kamen Rider OOO will make his first appearance in the upcoming Kamen Rider W Forever: A to Z/Gaia Memory of Fate, where he will presumably show up, beat the final boss senseless, and charge off into the distance, letting W finish the job. I'm looking forward to it.
