I don't remember the last time I ever watched Saint Seiya but I can admit that the opening song has to be one of the best songs out there. Seriously, "Pegasus Fantasy" is the most addictive crap ever. Now that I made you click that link and get that song stuck in your head for the rest of the day, it's time for this awesome set of Saint Seiya news ever. Saint Seiya: The Lost Canvas isn't anything new since the manga has been published since 2006. I regret never sitting down to read it after I had a couple of friends saying that I would fall in love with the style. It seems the OVA that will come out for this series just grabbed my attention again.

I'm sure a couple of people have already seen the trailer since people recorded it when it was shown at Tokyo International Anime Fair 2009 back in March. If you haven't seen it yet, you can just pass the annoying quality that's all over youtube and head on over to the official website to watch it. This 13 episode OVA series will be released on both DVD and Blu-Ray starting on June 24th. Now I'm going to go read the manga later tonight before the OVA starts coming out.
