The Sony PS3 loses some weight
During the Sony's Pre-Tokyo Game Show conference, the electronics giant announced a new slim-er model of the Playstation 3 video game consol. The system is said to be 25% smaller than the current model, and 50% smaller than the original PS3 design. Japan will be getting 2 colors, white and black, while the US colors have not yet been announced. You can surprisingly get one of the units in the States before Japan, launching on September 25th, and includes Uncharted 3, as well as a redemption code for DUST 514, all for a very fair entry price of $270. Those in Japan will have to wait a week longer, as the black version won't hit shelves until October 4th, with the white version coming in time for turkey, on November 22nd.
