Get up and run to your PC first thing every morning to check your email? It seems like that trend is growing -- even in Japan. What Japan Thinks reports that in a recent survey from iBridge Research Plus, 300 people spoke up about their internet habits. No matter how early they have to rush down to the train, it seems the urge to check out the internet is stronger: 62% of the surveyed do it.

The most highly voted activity was to check email, with going to Yahoo and visiting a blog close seconds. In other words, internet addiction is alive and well. I've been getting up lately and going for a walk before I check my email -- imagine that!
