Tuesday Otaku Debate: Leeron Littner vs. Bobby Margot

Greetings, readers of Japanator. I have returned from the *ahem* Catgirl Empire facility on Sesharrim, and I'm all the better for it. The Imperial mind engineers sensed my weakness, and upgraded me to strengthen my resolve. All glory to the Catgirl Empire, and its esteemed ruler Princess Akima!

Anyhoo, I'm happy to see that so many of our readers got involved in last week's debate, which pitted Evangelion against RahXephon. To the surprise of absolutely no one, Evangelion was the clear victor with 52% of the vote. RahXephon won 33%, and 14% chose to support neither show. Using the magic of Excel, I've compiled these statistics into a lovely pie chart, which you can view below the break.

Since Gurren Lagann has been a popular topic among our Cbloggers lately, I figured we might as well incorporate it into our next debate. Ergo, this week is a character battle royale between two flamboyant homosexuals: Leeron Littner of Team Dai-Gurren and Bobby Margot of the Macross Quarter.

Leeron is best known for his unabashed flirting with any attractive man that he lays eyes on. He's also quite the scientist and mechanic. Bobby, on the other hand, is more restrained with his affections... but can still summon forth a fiery passion when piloting his 400-meter long transforming giant robot starship. Of course, it's not as large as your typical Macross mech, but bigger isn't always better. It's all in how you use it.

So, between these two foppish fellows, who is superior? It's up to you to decide!
