TWEWY: Solo Remix teases a sequel
Well this is kind of unexpected. The iOS port of The World Ends With You, Solo Remix, contains a single image that would seem to imply a new game is incoming. Fortunately the actual screen doesn't spoil anything, but it certainly raises some interesting questions. Is this our new main character? Is she at all connected to the previous cast of characters? Why is she holding a Mr. Mew doll? The questions are never ending! I've put about four hours into Solo Remix thus far and recommend it to anybody who hasn't already played The World Ends With You. I understand the price seems a bit steep, but this is an excellent, fully featured game that looks positively beautiful on iOS devices. It honestly feels like I'm playing TWEWY for the first time all over again. I'm suspecting we'll hear more about this potential TWEWY sequel at TGS. What do you folks want to see from this project?
